Galvanized sheet is one of the most common types of iron sheet that is produced by cold rolling method and is zinc-plated or so-called galvanized in a process. The property of zinc prevents the sheet from becoming iron oxidation, and for this reason, this type of sheet is highly resistant to oxidation. The thickness of the galvanized sheet varies between 6 and 18 mm, its length is 2 to 6 meters, and its approximate weight is between 8 and 30 kg.
This type of sheet is also produced in another type and is known as hot dip galvanizing. This type of sheet is obtained by placing an oil coating on the surface of the oil sheet in the hot rolling process. These sheets are resistant to impact and corrosion as well as rust.
